My name is James Outland and I work with my mother JoAnn Outland, we are the real estate agents for the property.
We have received a request from an Buyer to view the property on Tuesday, June 4th 2019, Time 12:00-1:00 p.m. If this time doesn’t work for someone please advise a new time with a 1.5 hour window.
I wanted to schedule photos and a 3D Tour to combine them into one showing. The 3D tour online will save us all time and lower the number of appointments needed to show. I’m the photographer for are office as well and will request everyone to review, approve, and sign a photo addendum. That will go out Monday as a digital Document for easy review, signing and saving. Privacy is important to me as is the best practice today. I want to make sure everyone is aware, agrees, and had an opportunity to put anything away. My recommendation is try to remove, cover, hide anything out of site you don’t want photographed.
I don’t have keys to the property and need someone from A and B to open and secure each unit.
