Good Neighbor Next Door GNND program is a special HUD Homes incentive that is offered by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. This program is good for eligible participants that may qualify by being employed in the following four employment sectors: Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Teachers and Emergency Medical Technicians. Up to 50% off that goes as silent second, you must stay at that property for period of three years be charged a prorated difference.
