Directions: From Highway 101, exit Fourth Street and go north. Turn Right on James Way and your first left will be Shamrock Lane.

Limerick and Shamrock Lane Pismo Beach are minutes from The Pismo Beach Outlets and the Pismo Coast Shopping Plaza, as well as many restaurants and shops. It is a short drive to the OSH shopping center, the Walmart shopping center, Trader Joe’s shopping center, and several restaurants.

Limerick and Shamrock Lane Pismo Beach area is track number 1434 and is comprised of 48 Single family parcels. Lots 23-39 have a landscape easement and have been accepted for maintenance by the city of Pismo Beach.  These are the lots that run the length along James Way.  Home owners in this development should like that written into the CCRS is that the cost of the shared fence should be split to avoid any issues later of who pays to maintain the shared fences.  I had a seller of the properties located on the North side of and they loved the fact that behind them was the Chumash Park giving them not only some space between the next development, but also great view of the canyon and park.  One of the more interesting thing in the CCRS has is that they limit the height of tree’s to 15 Feet.  If you are looking to buy lot 4-8 you may be required to get approval from the planning department of Pismo Beach in order to trim the existing oak trees.  It you plan on buying a home with a CCRS or and HOA it’s good to obtain all that information as soon as you can to see if any of the restrictions will cause an issue with the way you intent to use the property.  If you’re looking to buy your new home please make sure to get all this information so you are well aware of all the restrictions.  The homes in the Limerick and Shamrock Lane Pismo Beach are mostly stucco exterior, with a variation of single level and two story homes.  The age of the homes range from 1988-1998, while the size of most homes in the Limerick and Shamrock Lane are between 1700 – 2800 Sq.
